Maintenance Policy

Overview

StarShip software maintenance is an annual contract that provides 12 months access to:

  • Latest software updates including
    • Carrier rate/service changes
    • Product enhancements
    • Source interface updates (ERP, ecommerce, accounting)
  • Support Services (requires active contract)
  • Ability to purchase new modules

How do I renew maintenance?

All StarShip accounts have an assigned Account Manager.  Call 800-462-4016 x1, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET

How is my annual maintenance cost calculated?

Maintenance is calculated as a percent of your license SLP.  Customers who stay current on maintenance enjoy the lowest maintenance rate.  V-Technologies will calculate using SLP at the time of purchase.  A lapsed maintenance contract will result in calculations using the current SLP.
