UPS Setup

Follow these instructions to set up the UPS shipping option in StarShip. Click on the tab link in each step for a detailed description of the tab and how to set it up.

1. From StarShip’s main toolbar, select Carriers > UPS > Properties.

2. Configure the General tab.
   
   You cannot change the Shipper Number from this tab. If it is incorrect, please contact the Sales Department for a new registration code.

3. Configure the Tracking tab.

4. Configure the Hundredweight tab (if applicable).

5. Configure the International tab.

6. Configure the Accounts tab.

7. Configure the Return Services tab.

8. Configure the UPS OnLineÒ tab.

DEMO Mode

If you are using StarShip in DEMO mode, UPS OnLineÒ is automatically disabled. You will not see the UPS OnLineÒ tab. Instead, the Manifest and COD tabs appear.

Notes:

The COD tab is no longer available for UPS OnLineÒ because UPS now uses the Package Reference #1 as the COD reference. This is set up through the UPS OnLineÒ tab.
