When you configure this tab, select how to charge your customers for Return Service shipments by enabling one of the following radio buttons.
Charge the ARS Options fee only.
Freight charges plus any other charges that apply for the shipment.
Flat amount: Enable this option and type an amount in the field provided.
Note:
To display the actual freight charged to your customers, enable the View > Show Modified Rates or View > Show Both Rates option on the StarShip Shipping window.
