INSIDE SALES

• Obtain and maintain full product line knowledge
• Follow up prospect inquiries by phone or email to identify qualified leads
• Develop / Analyze territory
• Build and maintain channel relationships
• Present online software demonstrations
• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing accounts

• Operational knowledge of various Windows based application programs; must be computer literate/enjoy learning
• Self motivated - ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability for limited travel to industry trade shows & conventions

HELP DESK LEVEL 1 TECHNICIAN

• Level 1 software support in a call center environment
• Providing telephone and email support to customers and resellers
• Perform some in-house software QA testing
• Customer correspondence and product request tracking in Microsoft CRM
• Enter defect in our internal software defect tracking system
• Update internal and external product Knowledge Base
• Work with other key departments on defect tracking and resolution

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 2 years experience with desktop, software or computer support
• Solid analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent customer focus along with strong communication (written & verbal)
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Commitment to improving core product knowledge
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
• Self motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute
• Two or 4 year Computer Science, Information technology or related degree preferred.
• Experience with Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista.
• Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
• Familiarity with the MMC and Windows utilities, Windows Registry and ODBC data sources
• Experience with MS SQL server, IIS, Microsoft .NET Framework, Terminal services and Citrix are a definite plus.
