has an opening in Cheshire, Connecticut for Inside Sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Obtain and maintain full product line knowledge
- Follow up prospect inquiries by phone or email to identify qualified leads
- Develop / Analyze territory
- Build and maintain channel relationships
- Present online software demonstrations
- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing accounts
Qualifications:
- Operational knowledge of various Windows based application programs; must be computer literate/enjoy learning
- Self motivated - ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability for limited travel to industry trade shows & conventions
